Donna Rynda's Bio
Before becoming her own boss, Donna Rynda’s experience as a Training & Development Supervisor and Human Resources Director included management positions for a variety of organizations involved with: retail sales, computer technology, grocery distribution, education, hospitality, and foodservice.
Then, in 2005, Donna had the opportunity to develop her own business as a training specialist, leadership consultant, and motivational speaker. She named her company Make It Matter because she believes whatever we do, we all want to make it matter.
Her professional experiences have included being the Human Resources Manager and Training Director for two different retail clothing chains; Training Coordinator for a banking institution; Systems Development Manager for a computer technology corporation; Training Specialist for a grocery distribution company; and Field Training Consultant for a national foodservice brand.
A member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) since 1980 and of the Council of Hospitality and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) since 1999, Donna has served in director capacities for both organizations.
“She makes learning fun!” and “More than we expected!” are examples of the feedback on the evaluations for Donna’s seminars. Even managers and directors who consider themselves to be “seasoned” seminar participants have expressed admiration for her energy, her insight, and her talent as a trainer.
In fact, here’s what one of the directors of the Oklahoma Multicultural Leadership Institute said about Donna’s facilitation of a Change Management Seminar for their conference: “She is very effective in presenting a lot of material in a short amount of time. Donna is definitely one of the most energetic and dynamic speakers I have ever heard.”
Whether you need a one-hour program or a day-long session, Donna promises that her presentations will be informative, interactive, and worth your time!
